What shipping options are available on Genevievem.com?
Currently we only able to provide complimentary standard shipping to the United States and Canada. Delivery with complimentary shipping is usually 5-12 days after your order has been fulfilled. However, if there are unexpected delays shipping could be extended for up to 4 weeks.
Orders received by 3:00 pm will be processed and shipped within 24 hours from that business day. Orders received after 3:00 pm will be processed and shipped the following business day. At this time we do not ship orders on weekends and holidays. Genevieve M is not responsible for incorrect addresses. Please note that any packages that need to be re-routed are subject to a small fee.

Additionally some items will be shipped separately due to availability at the time of purchase. If this happens the available item will be shipped and the other items will be shipped when they become available. (You will not be charged for shipping if this occurs)
How do I place a custom order on Genevievem.com?
Genevieve M provides custom hand-made precious stone bracelets, from the custom items tab you may choose the style and colour of the beads you wish to purchase. You can also add charms to the spacier beads of your choice.
