Custom items have a lead time of 4-8 weeks this includes the time to create the item as well as shipping the item to you.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Returns can be made 10 days on items purchased from genevievem.com. You may return product(s) for exchange or a refund on items that were faulty or broken when received, after obtaining a Return Authorization (RA) number from a Customer Service Representative. Only unopened/unused products will be accepted for exchange within 10 days of purchase with a valid receipt.

If the item was delivered damaged or the wrong item was shipped, we would appreciate a photo of the product(s) and package could be provided for our insurance claim purposes.

Sale and custom pieces are FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Please do not dispose of any of the original packaging and/or return any merchandise to us without a Return Authorization (RA) number. When sending your items, we advise using an insured carrier.
